Meet Dolores Cannon, my teacher and founder of QHHT

Dolores was practising regular hypnosis to help people to kick certain habits. While doing this work she stumbled upon past lives. Open-minded as she was, she kept exploring this fascinating new realm. This was in the early 60s in the United States. Back in those days there were no books on Past Life Regressions, no internet to look anything up, and also no courses for her to take. So she created her very own technique, now called Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique, also known as QHHT. In the 50 years that she did regressions she always kept evolving and improving her technique. In this process she found a direct way to communicate to her clients Higher Self, which is what sets this technique apart from many of the other techniques out there.

HER BOOKS

Dolores called herself the reporter for lost knowledge, she was very passionate about bringing back knowledge that have been lost through the ages. She wrote 19 books, that I highly recommend, that are basically transcriptions of her 1:1 past life regression sessions. She bundles them together in themes and categories to create clarity about subjects that people often can only speculate about. Subjects she covers in her books are for instance, the creation of earth, the build of the pyramids, what happens after we die, and so much more. When people ask me what books shall I read, I would always recommend starting with Between Death & Life, and work your way up from there. Her books allow you to gradually understand more and more pieces of the Universal puzzle. But it’s best to start from the beginning. You can find her collection of books here.

MY ROLE MODEL

Dolores is my absolute role model, I often call her my third grandmother. She is authentic, humble yet very clear and confident in the information that she shares with the world. The way how she can relay very complex and often mind-bending concepts about our Universe I find very inspiring. She’s not out to convince anyone, or preach what she found, she simply brings the knowledge to those who are interested. To me Dolores was ahead of her time, which I’m very grateful for, because now I know what true power looks like.
